Wirtualna Polska signs a new credit facility agreement for PLN 500 million, thereby obtaining funds for further acquisitions.
Cash revenues from the sale of Wirtualna Polska’s services after 3 quarters of 2017 increased by over 14%. EBITDA profit in the online segment grew by more than 17%.
In the first half of 2017, Wirtualna Polska’s cash revenues increased almost 16%. In the online segment alone, the increase in cash revenues surpassed 14% with an increase in adjusted EBITDA of more than 10%.
The Wirtualna Polska Group and the owners of the eSky Group entered into a conditional agreement on purchase of a 6.3% stake in eSky.pl S.A..
In Q1 2017 r. Wirtualna Polska’s cash revenues increased by 19% and adjusted EBITDA level dropped 3% as the Company incurred the costs of launching the TV station.
